20% Time Update 3/24
As of lately I have been a little behind in my goal of everyday meditation. I have been meditating, but not as much as I would like to. One the other hand I have been doing extremely well with exercising daily due to track. Mondays are threshold days so we run at a pace which is just outside of our comfort zone. Tuesdays and Thursdays are workout days followed by easy run days on Wednesdays and Fridays. We usually have meets on Saturdays and use Sunday to rest up for the next week. Now that I have achieved one of my goals I just need to keep up with my exercise which shouldn’t be too difficult and really start to hold myself accountable for how many meditations I do per week. I’m also going to start eating healthier soon which will help me with track and just my health over all. I hope you are all doing well and achieving your goals as well.
